This Privacy Policy explains how Mahtani Pte Ltd ("RocketReply") collects, uses, and protects your information.

1. Information we collect

Account information: email address, password (hashed via our auth provider), and business details you provide.
Call metadata: the phone numbers of people who call your business number, and whether each call was answered, declined, or missed.
Message data: the content and timing of the WhatsApp replies sent through RocketReply and the replies you receive.
Usage data: anonymized product analytics, only with your consent.

2. How we use your information

To detect missed calls and send replies on your behalf.
To send transactional emails such as welcome, trial, billing, and re-link notices.
To monitor service health and improve the product.
To comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share your information

We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers necessary to operate RocketReply:

Supabase — database and authentication.
Railway — application hosting.
Stripe — payment processing.
Resend — transactional email delivery.

4. Data retention

We retain your data while your account is active. After cancellation, we delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

5. Your rights

You may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. Contact support@rocketreply.ai to make a request.

6. Security

We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, service-role access controls, row-level security, and signed webhooks. No online service is 100% secure.
